Hearts for Riley

Marrs Student Council is raising funds for Riley Children's Hospital by selling $1 "Hearts for Riley". Hearts are on sale from 2/1 through 2/12 from 7:30-8:00 am outside the cafeteria. MSC is hoping to raise more money than last year.

Electronic Grade Book: New Meeting Day!

Starting in January, Marrs will be using an electronic grade book system. Information on the system and how to access it will be presented on Thursday, February 11th at 6:00 pm. All parents/guardians are strongly encouraged to attend. Letters have been sent with ID and passwords to access the system. Marrs' Mission

Marrs Elementary School's mission is to provide a caring, safe, consistent, and challenging environment. Students, staff, parents, and community share the accountability for students becoming responsible, self-disciplined, productive citizens, and life-long learners.

Student Books

Parents interested in buying additional copies of their child's recently published book may do so for a LIMITED TIME. Each book is $22.90 and checks need to be made out to Nationwide Learning. You will need to fill out a brief form (sent home on Feb 2nd) and include your payment with the original book. All orders are due by Feb 10th.

Kindergarten Round-Up

Marrs will be enrolling children in half-day Kindergarten on Tuesday, February 23rd from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please bring a copy of the child's birth certificate, social security number and immunization records. If you have questions, please call the school at 985-2082.

Box Top Challenge

Students are asked to collect and bring in as many Boxtops as they can by Friday, February 19th. The class with the most Boxtops will win a pizza party. You can also sign up at the Boxtops Website to earn more cash for Marrs.
